(All classes are 60-75 minutes and a minimum of 3 people unless noted.)

Registered Yoga Teacher Stacy O'NeillGentle/Beginner Class
For the novice, a slow flowing class focusing on the breath, featuring lengthy warm up and cool down phases, with a smaller work phase of foundational postures in the middle.

Mixed Level Class
Incorporating beginners and seasoned students alike, classes focus on foundational or base postures with options offered to find more sensation, allowing the student to find their own boundaries in each class.

Master Class
A 90 minute class using the mixed level format, with a slightly increased energy expenditure. This is not a power class, but rather a flowing, challenging, meditative practice.

Beach Class
Yoga practice as it was originally intended . . . on the beach, no mat, no walls, no problem! This class is a flowing practice with all the benefits and challenges of the natural elements of sand, sun, and salt air.

Partner Class
Utilizing the support of a friend, experience the human connection and it’s effects on a flowing practice. If you do not have a partner, come and make a new friend at class (note: the instructor always needs a partner!). Laugh and let go, expanding your boundaries of trust and acceptance, and releasing fear.

Anatomy & Alignment Workshop
This workshop focuses on the musculoskeletal system using visual, auditory and kinesthetic awareness of muscle and joint names and functions. Workshop includes yoga class using musculoskeletal terminology and basic alignment principals, helping the student find a more comprehensive approach to their asana practice. Duration: approx. 2 hours. Attendance: 10-12 minimum

Body/Mind Dialogue Workshop
Explore the relationship between our emotions and our physical ailments. Our life experiences and how we think influence our bodies and what we feel. Without dispelling the scientific approach of conventional medicine, but rather expanding on it, discover a holistic approach to wellness by understanding that the mind and body work in tandem, not as two separate entities. Duration: approx. 2 hours. Attendance: 10-12 minimum.

Sun/Moon Salutation Class
A 30 minute class incorporating a warm up and either a sun or moon salutation of 7-10 standing/balancing/flowing postures, ending with a short meditation. All levels of experience.

Breath/Meditation Class
A 30 minute class using breath work to cool, heat or balance the mind, followed by guided relaxation and visualization, ending in silent meditation.

Yin Class
Yin class begins with a passive warm up followed by postures and flow patterns that bring us closer to our mat and the earth’s energy. A cooling yet challenging class with extended breath cycles.

Restorative Class
Supporting the body using bolsters, blocks, straps and pillows allows for complete relaxation with passive lengthening of the muscles. It’s like dessert for your body and soul!

Chair Class
Designed for those with mobility challenges, the body is supported either sitting in, or standing behind, a chair removing the fear of unsteadiness. Students can fully concentrate on increasing range of motion, connecting with the breath, mental clarity and gaining an increased sense of independence.

The seven major chakras, or energy centers, within the body affect the way we handle ourselves in this lifetime and reflect our innermost emotions, fears and boundaries.
