Students (Small Groups):Classes are offered within your community, either at a private home or clubhouse. The tempo and structure of the class is determined by the participants and encompasses all levels of ability.

Physically challenged student who have trouble with stability, strength and balance can be supported with a chair throughout the practice, either sitting or standing. Finding comfort in the support, we can then experience sun salutation, meditation, isometric strength, joint mobility and breath work. Classes are offered at senior and assisted living communities for small groups. *Please note an aide may be necessary for a severely challenged student. Please call for advice.
Chair class
Guest teaching is, simply, substituting for instructors who are temporarily away from the studio. Students will be provided with continuity of asana and yoga theory within a safe, “achieve then challenge” framework. Additionally, Workshops are a nice option to the standard class schedule, allowing for more specificity of instruction, adding interest and variation to your existing class calendar, and also increasing revenue.

Morning Sun Salutation to jump-start the day or Mid-Day breath/meditation classes can clear mental cobwebs and sluggishness, rejuvenate circulation and increase oxygen delivery to the brain. The result is a more productive, positive, confident employee. Partner Class is a great addition to team building retreats, fostering trust and interpersonal skills.

Body/Mind Dialogue Workshop
Beginner or Mixed Level classes target every major muscle and joint, decreasing the incidence of herniated discs, muscle tightness, pulls, tears, sprains and spasms. Breathing and meditation increases focus and mental recall, and releases tension and aggression, decreases transition time from professional to personal life, allowing for more productive relaxation and more restful sleep during off hours.
